Thank You HN: 4,250 Early Invite Requests in 20 Hours

For those of you who have been following the useHipster.com "coming soon" saga, we just got our 4,250 early invite request. This has completely blown my mind, and I couldn't have done it without Hacker News.

Here's why:

This is in large part to Ben Roodman (Twitter: @BRoodman). After noticing us here at Hacker News, he Tweeted about us. Alexia from TechCrunch noticed his Tweet, and the rest in history (in the making).

In addition, numerous other Hacker News members have emailed me, letting me know they've requested and invite, and many have offered development, design, or marketing help as well.

I'm not sure if anyone cares about our little saga, but my team certainly does, and we couldn't have done it without Hacker News!
