Ask HN: What is like to work for AWS outside US?

I have in sit on my table two offers from one government agency and AWS both in the cloud team, and I’ve asked a lot around about what KPI they use and how is like to work for them outside US.

I couldn’t get that straight from the interview process and I believe in the public opinion.
