Ask HN: As a developer, how do you manage ad campaigns?

Running ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, etc, seems like an efficient way to test product pitches. But the UIs for those platforms are clunky and far from efficient or scalable. What do you use to manage campaigns on these platforms?
