Ask HN: Does Anyone Use ML.net?

I'm curious how prolific the use of ML.NET is? And how it compares to other older, more popular frameworks such as Tensorflow in terms of performance, ease of use etc.

I see it pop up now and again when reading blogs here and there and as a long time .NET dev (not in AI) I was wondering where it sits in the grand scheme of things.
