Do small indie IoT projects succeed at crowd funding?
I have solid experience with cloud computing, website development and I'm currently messing up with electronics. Should I spend my last amount of money and buy some decent tools (modular 3D printer, SMD station etc) so I can start building IoT projects that could get a nice kickstart through crowd funding? The problem is I don't have any kind of public recognition. I'm not a former lead engineer at Google or Tesla and I'm wondering if this whole thing is out of my league. Do you have to achieve great accomplishments and fill your Bio with tons of perks and awards before starting any crowd funding project?
