Ask HN: How do you plot your metrics?

We have a ton of low velocity (every 10 minute) single number metrics we'd like to throw somewhere and then plot over time. I was thinking of rigging something up with aws Kinesis Firehose. But before going custom, I wanted to ask. What do you use to plot your different number streams / metrics and why?
