Ask HN: Raised a Seed, Now What?

I'm in the final steps of raising a seed round (lawyers are working on final docs) and I now have to stand up the company. I have some ideas for what's next, but it would be nice to get advice from the community. What do people here recommend as things to get done in the next few weeks? What should I worry about that is often ignored at this stage?

Some things on my list:

- Find a space (need lab space, any recommendations welcome)

- Get HR up (Thinking Gusto or Rippling, maybe Trinet, but would love some first hand thoughts)
