Ask HN: What tools do you use for AWS cost analysis and rightsizing?

I'm currently using a number of tools for different clients and companies but I find them all lacking in various ways. Looking at the available tools, I wonder if there is anything out there that makes people really happy.

I'm mostly aiming for the tools that do something like billing analysis and rightsizing based on CUR (cost and usage report) and inventory (API read calls) to find out what you have, how much you use and which part of the inventory is responsible for what part of the bill.

So far, most tools are either scope creeped beyond usefulness, expensive beyond potential savings or outdated and will not work with new instance types, CUR or inventory at all.

I've looked at: - CloudHealth (seems the most complete but also rather expensive for small bills) - CloudCheckr - Ice - Claudia - AWS Cost Explorer - CloudForecast - Metricly - Cloudability

While I know there probably isn't a universal tool for everyone and there have been a lot of lists and discussions over the last few years, I haven't found a good user-curated list or reference. Some experiences form others would be very welcome.
