Ask HN: Flying a Drone Through an Anti-Drone Forcefield

So there's this illegal facility that participates in the black market trafficking of whales. Since this practice is in violation of international laws, a friend wants to go and use a drone to collect video evidence.

Now, there's a rumor that someone has installed a jammer that just crashes drones that fly too close. Can HN recommend any technologies to circumvent this? Perhaps a drone that can fly a pre-programmed route without the use of gps? Or an open drone that could easily be extended to support such functionality?
