Ask HN: Recommendations on Analytics Platform?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for analytics platforms on-prem/private cloud? We're a large enterprise company with all of our data in Hadoop - Impala is what we've been using for the past year and performance is really dreadful.
