Ask HN: Good online video recording software for doing a video podcast?

I've been looking at Zoom with its recording functionality but it seems to lack separate audio track recording which makes audio editing more difficult.

I think key features would be: 1) Easy install / use for guest 2) Multi-track audio recording 3) Ability to record screenshare 4) Automatic transcription
