Ask HN: How to Improve Technical Communication?

I'm looking to get better at talking about highly technical topics like software engineering and architecture. That includes things like presenting a proposed architecture to a team of developers, possibly stakeholders etc.

I understand that practice is the king but I'm looking for resources if there are any on what else could be done to improve.
