Ask HN: Why FB won't create preview when sharing certain high profile articles?

I am trying to share https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/03/world/europe/eu-farm-subsidy-hungary.html. The source has all the required OG tags. When an article is shared without a preview it will nto get as much attention.
