Ask HN: What was the article about how optimizing for being right was bad?

I remember reading an article here that was about how if you want to find the next big thing, the strategy of trying to be right the most often wont get you there. You end up making the same bets that most people will make which will tend to be safe bets. The article gives the example of the housing market a while ago: it looked like it was going to keep doing better and thats what everyone was betting; the person who made it big was the person who bet that it was going to crash. I find myself thinking about this idea about finding an idea that I disagree with the population at large and after having this discussion with my friend, I wanted to show him the article, but I cant find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry if this isnt the way to go about this, but after hours of searching I cant find this article and I think this topic is so interesting and impactful I would really like to read it again and show it to my friend. Thanks again!
