Ask HN: How can I run Bel?

I was a huge fan of pg's prior project Arc and its successor Anarki. I've used them to great success in a number of private projects. After seeing Bel a month ago I've been really eager to dive in and try it, but I don't know where to start. Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge here?
