Ask HN: An org-mode inspired outliner for the web?

Hi I am building an outliner inspired by org-mode/workflowy, it has a emacs like mini buffer for commands, and when it is finished it would have a shared list with GitHub integration so when you push a commit it would be automatically referenced in with the todo item.

Also one would be able to communicate with the peers they shared the todo lists with using chat. Other bits of nuggets like split buffers to view two separate lists or calendar etc thrown in.
