Ask HN: What's AGI, Exactly?

I'm not sure at what point one could define something "AGI". Would the following be AGI?

a robot equipped with a microphone, a camera, a speaker, that could walk anywhere, that does simple tasks (according to humans), that makes up an okay answer to any question (or simply answers "I don't know"), that can identify all objects and sounds with 99% accuracy and that sometimes makes new connections based on the content he mines on the internet?

To me that sounds like human level intelligence and it's basically here.
