Is it possible to register a .com domain in a non US registry

Is there any chance to register a .com domain without having all your personal data plastered across internet/whois ??

GoDaddy and Noip basically will ignore GPDR. As I presume every single US registry will do.Alternatively they will extort you money for doing it.

Any possibilities at this side of the pond ??
