I’ve found the most effective way for me not to cheat on my diets is to eat out at the high end health food places. Now that I am not in school I can afford it. And a quinoa poke bowl is so much tastier than chicken and steamed broccoli.
Yeah, this has been a recent learn for me too – that if I spend a little extra money on higher-end quality meals I'll enjoy it so much more than going bare-bones. That, and drinking lots of water of course
Agree! Keeps things interesting, and easier than meal prep
Are you making your own quinoa poke bowl, or is this something you buy pre-made?
Luckily I live in Seattle where you are never more than a block or two from a poke bowl restaurant.
That's something I'm finding almost as hard as mealprepping. There are very few places in my area that offer healthy options, especially for lunch. Junk food is everywhere, in all price ranges, but my healthy options are limited to bland salads or cooking my own.
Depends a lot on where you lived. Eating healthy is easier in big cities, how tasty it is, being a function of price.
This is literally an ad, with ad-tier information.
