Ask HN: Framework for Building Interactive Tutorials?

I think months ago I stumbled upon a repo that made it easy to set up an interactive coding tutorial where each client would spin up a little vm. Googling it has been hard because the search terms bring up tutorials.

Does anyone know of such a framework that has a lot of the boilerplate for setting up interactive programming tutorials already done?
