Ask HN: Did anyone ever use YC's SAFE outside the US?

I am sure there are early stage startups outside the US who used YC's Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE, https://www.ycombinator.com/documents/) to fund their early cash needs. If you did, (how) did you alter and/or amend the SAFE to account for non-US legal idiosyncrasies?

PS: We are based in Switzerland.
