Ask HN: What should I highlight in my resume

I have 10+ years of experience in software (mostly building and maintaining SaaS, including one extremely high-traffic app).

During the course of my career I moved from an engineer role to an Engineering Manager role (still hands-on with code though). The last time I was looking for a change, my resume got turned down at most places I applied for EM roles. Eventually I came across a pretty interesting SDE role, so I took it.

However, I'm now looking for a change again, and I'm really interested in going back to an EM role (I think I was pretty good at it, and would like to become even better). Considering this, what should I highlight in my resume, so that I get a callback?
