Idea for HN: A new tag, and an idea to implement

Sometimes, people don't have the time, energy, ability or so forth to pursue and idea, but it might be valuable or of interest to other people in HN.

I propose that we have an Idea HN: tag so people can submit ideas that they want feedback on or for others to run with.

Secondly, I am proposing an idea: randomized CSS.

So sometimes you want a nice landing page/blog/web app etc and you don't care which nice CSS you use. It can be from zen garden, or html5up, or a Foundation/Bulma/Bootstrap theme. You just don't want it to look exactly like another theme out there.

Perhaps a way to generate (almost) infinite themes is to randomize the themes. It can choose random colors from compatible pallets, and a font from a number of readable fonts, and some reasonable spacing, and there you go: it will be (probably) unique.
