Ask HN: Recommend a delayed payment solution please

I am building a site at the moment where I will be acting as the middleman in the transaction (a listing and a buyer scenario).

I want to be able to delay the charging of the buyer's card until a verification of the listing has been done, say upto 10 days later. However I don't really want to get into a whole Credit card compliance situation so wondered if anyone could recommend a service.

I have looked at Amazon Flexible Payment Service which would fit the bill perfectly but it's not available to non US citizens at present.

Any ideas would be welcome, thanks.
