Nginx Developer Arrested in Russia

According to [1] and other sources it looks like Igor Sysoev is accused of stealing the software by Russian Rambler Group despite it is free and open-source. The author of the code, is arrested. Igor Sysoev developed this product in free time while working for Rambler as system administrator.
