Ask HN: How do you keep track of your published Apps?

I recently launched my app on iOS and Android (https://fitloop.app/), and am finding there's a lot of places to check for downloads, reviews, beta feedback, etc, and I find that sometimes I accidentally miss some feedback.

What are the best solutions out there for consolidating all these into one place to check?
