Regardless of your position on biological gender Jk’s tweet was in support of a women who refused to acknowledge the preferred name of a transgender coworker.
I am sorry even though I lean toward the two genders side of the scientific debate, you can’t be disrespectful to your coworkers. I would never misgender a trans person it is incredibly rude. Workplaces can regulate their environments however they like to ensure coworkers are respectful and people can work together. The woman who was fired knew she was violating policy. She deserved it.
