Ask HN: How to spend training budget of £3000

My employer is making me redundant next year, and as part of the compensation they're giving me a training budget of £3000 to spend. I'm a software developer.

Short of a pluralsight subscription, I'm struggling to think of how to spend anything close to £3000.

Any ideas?
