Hacking Crap

Just out of curiosity is GitHub a site to build hacks or what? My computer and my phone have both been hacked by the same person who seems to be doing a lot of GitHub astuff, the only problem is they are doing it on my PC and phone. I do know who it is but I have to prove it is there anyone here willing to help me find the proof Ineed to stop a very mean evil woman.
