Ask HN: What's your personnel management system / process / tools?

Hello HN, What's your personnel management system, or process, and what tools do you use?

I am looking to improve how I track my goals (i.e. OKRs), and how I pursue learning & development. For the latter, I'm looking to improve how I manage the content consumed for the purpose of learning - between using multiple devices, and getting content across multiple mediums it gets messy (e.g. physical notebook, google docs, etc.).
