Ask HN: How to use an important talent in tech?

During the last 15 years I have come up with a number of good ideas that were much ahead of time. Lacking several soft skills that I tried but failed to acquire going through incubators, business schools etc I failed in every startup project I made. Many of them became very successful ideas many years after (two of them for example were funded by the biggest VC) made by someone else while I couldn't convince anyone when I tried.

How can I use the skills of creative ideas that are quite early? I am bored of writing software and evidently I can't be a founder.
