Ask HN: Tools to Help Behavior Change
I'm looking for a tool that allows me to send myself randomly selected notifications from a predefined set. For example I write down 100 different thoughts that I want to internalize and be reminded of during the day. So I'd like to get 3 notifications a day on my iphone each containing one of the thoughts I wrote down.
I didn't find an app for that. The only other way that comes to my mind would be to write a script that uses a messenger like telegram.
Any other ideas on how to achieve this?
