Ask HN: Desktop Application Development Blogs

I'm aware of the wheelbarrow full of blog dedicated to the web development and tracking the evolution of web products, applications, apis, etc. but I can't find many dealing with desktop apps, am I missing something?

I know desktop applications are not exactly a 'hot topic' but this seeming gap in content surprises me.
