Ask HN: When to pivot your startup?

Hi all,

I'm the founder of an early stage company (if you can call it that). We are currently debating whether or not to pivot. We have ~20 companies using our B2B SaaS product, but are not feeling enough excitement / pull from the market. How do you think about when to pivot and when to persevere?
