Ask HN: Teams who had deep founder disputes, but survived – what's your story?

PG says one of the easiest ways for a company to fail is to have founder disputes.

We've had lots of stories here on HNews it not working out, but I've not had a chance to hear about a survival/success despite deep disputes.

Can anyone share their story and how they went through it?
