Ask HN: What's the easiest/cheapest way to get mockups converted to HTML/CSS/JS?

Specifically, I'm using Adobe XD, but the same question should apply for Sketch, etc. I know there is a plugin that can do it for XD--partially--but I'm wondering what alternative there is for someone who wants a good front-end codebase that's easy to build off of. Anyone used a service they liked, or some other approach?
