Come on... the guy was getting 250k/year in passive income, but to “survive” in SF he “needs” over 300k a year to make ends meet so he must go back to work... good that he’s still relatively young and going back to work is an option but I wouldn’t call it a failure to retire at 34 on 250k passive income. If he moved virtually anywhere else than SF, his whole family could live like kings and not have to work another day. This article feels tone deaf.
