Any Employers Here?

I'm not too sure if this is allowed to be posted here, but I'm working on a little side project which is a job board for well-paying jobs in tech (ideally) that don't require candidates to have a college degree.

Some companies have been doing this which is awesome as it encourages alternative schooling and welcomes those that don't follow a traditional education path. It also makes you question the relevancy of a college degree in today's world––at least for certain careers :)
