Ask HN: Best offline translation software (Linux)

Hi all, I'm looking for offline language translation software for linux. Languages I need are: Spanish <-> English Russian <-> English

Chinese would also be nice.

I'm a developer, so a pre-trained deep learning model would be acceptable and I'll just write a simple app around it, but anything would be good.

Does anyone working in language processing tell me the current state of the art in open source?

Must be offline! I dont want this text being sent to a server I dont control.
