Ask HN: What's the best way to find a role moonlighting as a UI/UX dev?

I've had success with the UI/UX hiring process in typical roles, i.e. remote/onsite salaried or contracting fulltime, but finding a role working outside of typical business hours has been a challenge. Has anyone had success with this, and if so what was your process?
