Anyhow, my tip: Be yourself. It shows, and if you're interviewing at a company that will work well for you (and you for them) it'll be a definite weight in your favor.
My last interview was almost decided before the interview because I had a chat with the interviewer on the phone beforehand, instead of merely setting up a schedule. (Granted, it was his idea.)
