Ask HN: How do you handle internal bug reports, feature requests and ideas?

We're about 90-people company. There are many teams. Throughout the week, various members of the team raise bug reports, feature requests, awesome ideas that they have all via email, slack, Confluence page, tap-on-the-shouler etc. We are trying to think of a common way to capture all these and actually respond.

We've used Confluence form in the past, which worked a-ok. I know there are Help Support tools (e.g. Freshdesk), but for something internal, not sure if we would go for such a full-blown solution.

How do you guys handle it?
