Ask HN: LLVM’s Noalias

I know it’s not normal to ask such a broad question on HN, but I’d rather try in a community I know than some random r/

Why does LLVM’s noalias seem to enable optimizations when compiling Fortran, but C and Rust do not appear to be able to do the same?
