DNS propagation issues with Cloudflare and Google DNS and DeNIC for .de domains?

My DNS glue records are currently not being resolved through cloudflare (1.1.1.1) and google dns (8.8.8.8). Only when I use DENIC root dns (a.nic.de) it resolves.

# dig ns2.mail.deutsche-cyberberatung.de @1.1.1.1 -> no results

# dig ns2.mail.deutsche-cyberberatung.de @8.8.8.8 -> no results

# dig ns2.mail.deutsche-cyberberatung.de @a.nic.de -> returns information as expected

It seems there are issues propagating the information from DENIC to Google/Cloudflare.

Is there anything I can do? I have already created a ticked with my registrar.
