Ask HN: How To Reach Startups?

I've been running my own apps for 10 years. Recently I realized that I am under utilizing my vendors' capacity and that I could re-sell their services at the same great wholesale price I get. I want to offer an API to other companies so they can take advantage of my pricing and extra capacity I cannot fill with my own business. I believe startups would be ideal customers because I could beta test my API and grow with them without immediately overwhelming my system. How do I pitch my API directly to promising startups at ycombinator all the way from the Midwest?
