Ask HN: Do you create shared Slack channels with your customers?
I'm trying to understand best practices on communicating with top customers. We're a seed B2B company just starting out with customer success. We have ~50 shared Slack channels that we maintain with our enterprise customers who contribute 90% of our revenue.
It's getting hard to manage. I was wondering if anyone had any tools or tips on how to offer immediate and intimate communication channels with your customer via Slack while balancing the work that it creates?
Also, would love to hear if you are part of any shared Slack channels with your vendors!
