Procore IPO and S-1

Procore is going public and just published its S-1. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1611052/000119312520057081/d564161ds1.htm#toc564161_12. It's a $339m ARR growing 55% annually. A reminder that software is still eating the world and competition is still mostly spreadsheets not other SaaS companies
