Everything Mozilla(firefox, rust) related is always in the front page, despite their low user-share, they seems to be always there, even with 0 to few comments, always in front page

I personally upvote rust/firefox posts/comments even if I have nothing to add :)

I would more likely say that a chunk of this website audience is Pro-Mozilla

Well, perhaps it's because Mozilla is actually making news in that some of its recent browser innovations (especially in areas of user privacy) are not being echoed elsewhere.
