I use it myself a lot, and to be honest everytime I am on it I find myself dedicating a lot of time (as to say: too much for what I gain).
If I have an issue I search the web and do not find much, so I do wonder:
* is it me?
* not much on the web 'cause people do not have many issue?
* not much on the web 'cause people just ask aws support?
