Ask HN: Is there a way to hack Telegram groups?

There are multiple open groups on Telegram - my perfect target users - each with 20.000+ users and each with admin watchdog.

I'd like to be able to send a message/email/anything to those 20.000+ users in each group. In bulk.

Is there a way to technically do this in a smart way?
